No, absolutely not! All of our products are free from any toxic chemicals. Our products are created naturally to heal your skin and cause no harm to your precious body.
Do Germaid products contain Palm Oil?
No we do not use any Palm Oil in our products.
Since there are no artificial preservatives, how long do Germaid products last?
Unopened, our products have a shelf life of 2 years. After opening, all products should be used within 6 ā 12 months for maximum effect.
Do Germaid test their products on animals?
No. Germaid never has and never will test products on animals nor do we buy ingredients from suppliers who do. We value all existence including humans, animals and plants.
Are Germaid products suitable for vegans?
With the exception of our Hand Guard Wash (which contains Organic Honey)Ā Ā all of our products are completely free of animal ingredients. We incorporate the highest quality naturally derived organic ingredients and essential oils into all of our products for you to enjoy.
Are Germaid products gluten free?

Do Germaid products contain Certified Organic ingredients?
Our products contain no toxins and incorporate 100% natural ingredients. All products are majority made only using the highest quality certified organic ingredients. These ingredients are marked with an * in the ingredient list for each product.
Are Germaid products suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely, our products are perfect for sensitive skin. We do not use harsh detergents, chemical preservatives or artificial fragrances that can irritate the skin. In fact, all our products incorporate a magnitude of organic ingredients and essential oils that specifically target skin health, hydration and restoration. If you havenāt used our products before or if you have concerns about particular skin conditions, we suggest you do a small patch test first. However, we assure your body will love the experience.
Are Germaid products safe for children?
Yes, they are safe for children. Our products do not contain any synthetic chemicals, parabens, sulfates or harsh detergents, phthalates, artificial fragrances or colours. They are extremely gentle on the skin and contain specific organic ingredients that specifically aim to safely and harmoniously disinfect while simultaneously nourishing and safe guarding skin tone.
How are Germaid products packaged?
All Germaid packaging is 100% recyclable, including box bottles and plastics, as we are huge advocates for the health and wealth of the environment and continue our greatest mission to Heal The World. Our products contain high concentrations of natural active ingredients and we package them either in aluminium bottles, glass bottles or PET plastic to preserve their integrity and there is no leaching of plastic toxins that occurs with cheap plastics. PET plastic does NOT contain PVC, heavy metals or Bisphenol-A.
Can I apply Germaid products to my face?
All our products are safe for sensitive skin and are made using only the highest quality natural organic ingredients that are specifically incorporated to replenish, regenerate and heal skin tone. We utilize Germaid's Silver Ion to aid with the natural and harmonious disinfection of unwanted germs and bacteria rather than lethal amounts of alcohol and other misused ingredients that can play a detrimental role to your health and well-being. Firstly check you have filled out all required fields on the checkout page. If you still are unable to place your order then contact us explaining the problem. Our Customer Service advisors will help you sort it out!
What payment types do you offer?

My PayPal eCheck hasn't cleared yet, when will my order be dispatched?
PayPal eCheck payments can take between 3-6 business days to clear, which means your order will remain pending until this payment comes through. As soon as payment clears we will process and despatch your order and you will receive an order fulfilment email with tracking details.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
